Saturday is not considered a business day for shipping.

Cryady is not responsible for errors by the buyer in indicating the address where to ship the purchased items, such as for errors, loss or any delays due to customs operations and controls and any other situation not directly dependent on Cryady. No deliveries are made to post office boxes.


You can return any product purchased on within 3 working days from the delivery date. You must write to indicating: date of receipt of the order, the description of the items to be returned (code) and the reason for the return. The return request has to be before accepted by custumer service.

You can choose a different courier from the one that delivered the package, because the return is at your expense, and therefore you are free to choose the one you prefer. Cryady is not responsible for any theft or loss when the package is returned.

Remember that you can only ship your return from the country you placed your order in and we are currently unable to offer replacements.

The refund can be made within 10 working days only after receipt of the goods at our office. The refund will be made using the PayPal circuit, after communication of the data via e-mail. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. One of our sales staff will agree the amount of the refund via email with the customer. After acceptance of the returned goods, we will immediately request your refund and send you a confirmation email.

In the second case, reimbursement is provided only for a proven problem of the object, otherwise replacement or repair.
